SANTA ANA, CA - May 16, 2005 - Dispensing Solutions, Inc. (DSI), The Leader in Repackaged Pharmaceuticals , today announced the creation of POC Management Group LLC and   the execution of Agents agreement to support the launch of its DispenseQuick(TM)   division.     

DSI created POC Management Group LLC (PMG) to contract and manage its national sales force for its new DispenseQuick(TM) division and to contract with physician practices its new Managed POC and Managed W/C (Worker's Compensation) Program Offerings.     We are proud to announce agreements with the following parties:
