Program Offerings - Managed W/C

A Managed POC account can also be upgraded to include Managed W/C for those facilities that dispense medications for Worker's Compensation ("W/C") patients. With a Managed W/C account PMG is also performing billing and collection services on your behalf for all worker's comp claims associated with DispenseQuick™medications. For those practices concerned about cash-flow - ask about the W/C Advance Option . PMG will advance you 50% (less cost of drugs) for all claims submitted at the end of each week .

All dispensing and program activity is tracked and recorded using the eDispense™ technology. All PMG Managed Accounts will receive detailed reconciliation statements for all POC and W/C activity for each billing period accompanied with your payments or invoices. eDispense™ reports will give you detailed claims information (24 hour delay) regarding outstanding claims, paid data, etc. Each report is concise to show profitability by type of business, products sold, claims paid versus outstanding claims, etc. All with a click of a mouse accessible from any computer with internet access using your secured user name and password.

Managed W/C is ideal for risk adverse practices or those practices are currently using different vendors for billing and to supply repackaged medications.

Managed WC Fees

50% of the gross profits derived from your Dispensing Program
Gross Profit is calculated by:
- Total claims paid during each billing cycle
- Less costs of dugs associated with each claim
- Less any mutually agreed miscellaneous program costs
- Equals Dispensing Program Gross profit

W/C Advance Option Fees

50% of the gross profits derived from your Dispensing Program
